Öku 1&2

Ö1&2

Öku 1 is taken at the same time as your first driving lessons, but it is a good idea to take Öku 2 about two months before your driving test. Each course is divided into 6 sessions and takes place entirely online at your own pace.

Course cycles

At Öku-Akademían, all the subjects that need to be learned for the theoretical part of the driving test are taught. The course is divided into sessions and at the end of each session there is a short section test. The next session opens 21 hours later due to the rules of the Icelandic Transport Authority. The course then ends with an exam covering the entire subject.

Course materials and practice tests

All course material is available in Öku-Akademían's learning system. Students can choose to read or listen to a speech synthesizer. In addition, there are a number of practice tests that ensure better results and preparation for the written driving test.
